“Wig” is a Gen Z phrase that is usually meant to refer to something that is amazing or exciting. It comes from the idea that someone is so blown away that their wig flew off.

Both people and things can be called “extra” when they are overly extravagant or flamboyant. For example, wearing an expensive diamond ring with a matching crown and necklace would be considered “extra.”

This phrase might seem strange, but it’s quite popular among Gen Z’ers. “And I oop” is meant to be said when someone makes an insignificant mistake such as dropping their phone on the ground

If someone tells you that something is a “bop,” they mean that they’re listening to an enjoyable song. They are usually songs that have lots of bass or a unique melody.
